Cayse entered the insurance business in 1985 as a career agent with Prudential Insurance Company of America, during which he earned many sales awards and qualified for numerous sales conferences. In 1993 he decided to continue his Prudential career as a Sales Manager; and during his two years in that position led his staff in all sales categories in a debit-based system.

In 1994 Cayse made the move from the career side of the business to the brokerage side by joining the team at Brokers Alliance Inc. Over the past 15 years, Cayse has worked with countless brokers, helping them find the right product and carrier for their individual life insurance and annuity clients.
