Brokers Alliance is currently looking for an Agent Relationship Manager to join the Annuity & Life Team.

The primary responsibility of an Agent Relationship Manager is to recruit new agents to Brokers Alliance and get these agents into production with the many products we have to offer. Establish relationships with independent insurance agents by offering our sales concepts, annuity products, life insurance, and assisting them in growing their practice. As a new recruit becomes a seasoned agent and an agent database is developed, the Agent Relationship Manager will be responsible to increase production within their base of agents. The Agent Relationship Manager position involves outbound phone calls and face to face meetings with agents and agencies. 

Job Duties:

  • Obtain agent information by answering incoming telephone calls, making outbound calls, interviewing agents, and verifying information.

  • Inform agents by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.

  • Record results of conversations into our database. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines. Recommend improved procedures.

  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.

  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have insurance industry experience of 1+ year

  • High school education or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred

  • Must have verbal communication, phone skills, listening, data entry skills

  • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal/external contacts and customers

  • Sound analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Salary commensurate with experience, $45,000 per year
