Establishing relationships with independent financial planners, money managers, and insurance agents by offering our sales concepts, managed money platform, broker dealer platform, and life & annuity products, and assisting them in growing their practice.
Managing agent referrals and cross selling financial products to producers within our organization.
Basic responsibilities include: making outbound calls; answering incoming telephone calls; interviewing agents; providing product recommendations to solve the agent's clients needs; provide training and sales guidance to grow variable and AUM volume; assisting in operational procedures across all three platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Basic to Intermediate Computer Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service. Must have Insurance, Finance, and/or Sales Industry experience of 1+ year.
Education and Designations
Bachelor’s degree preferred (waived with industry experience)
Series 6, 63, 65, or 7 preferred
Insurance designations preferred
Excellent communication skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Sales experience will be helpful but is not required
