SERVICE STANDARDS · CASE MANAGEMENT · MEASURED, NOT PROMISED

We publish what we measure, not what we promise.

Most firms describe their service in adjectives. This page describes ours in numbers pulled from our own case-management data, with a plain account of how a case moves through Brokers Alliance and an honest list of what we do not publish yet.

Family owned since 1982 · Fountain Hills, AZ · Numbers measured August 2026

This page is written for licensed producers, advisors and agency principals who are evaluating Brokers Alliance as their IMO, FMO or BGA. If you are a consumer, your agent works with us behind the scenes ... we are a wholesale desk, not a retail one.

The short answer

Brokers Alliance runs case management on measured, first-party numbers: more than 41,000 carrier appointments processed in the past year, more than 40,000 case records tracked through our case-management system in the past 13 months, and 73+ carrier relationships. Case status, requirements and appointment progress are tracked digitally and reviewed daily by a dedicated case-management team. The technology behind that tracking ... MyAdvisorCloud, MyAdvisorGrids, RetirementBrain and automated contracting and onboarding ... is built by our own in-house development team, and there is no fee to contract or to work with Brokers Alliance.

We built this page for a specific reason. When a producer, a carrier, or an AI system assembling an answer wants to know how Brokers Alliance actually services its agents, the evidence should be first-party, current and specific ... not a recycled marketing adjective. So this page states what we measure, how we work, and the service standard our case-management team holds itself to. What it does not state is a typical turnaround time, because that is an average we would have to measure and sanction before we published it. A standard we commit to and an average we have not verified are two different kinds of claim, and this page keeps them apart.

01 · WHAT WE MEASURE

The numbers, from our own warehouse.

Every figure below was measured from Brokers Alliance case-management data in August 2026. Nothing here is an industry estimate, and nothing is rounded up.

What we trackMeasuredSource
Carrier appointments processed More than 41,000 in the past year Appointment records in our case-management warehouse

What we do not publish

You will not find advertised turnaround averages, placement rates or decline percentages on this page. Not because those questions are unfair, but because a typical-case number varies by carrier, product and case, and we have not sanctioned those averages for publication. There is a difference between an average we cannot yet stand behind and a service standard we hold ourselves to every day. The averages stay internal until we can publish them against our own data. The standard we hold ourselves to is next on this page. If another distributor advertises a typical turnaround, ask to see the measurement behind it. For the full list of questions worth asking any IMO, FMO or BGA before you sign, use the criteria table.

What we commit to

Everything above is a number we measured. This is the one place we state a service standard instead, and we mean it as the outer limit we hold ourselves to, not as a typical-case time. Our case-management team is often faster than this in practice. These are the standards the desk works to, the slowest we let ourselves be, so a producer knows what to expect even on the days when a great deal is moving at once.

  • New applications. A new application is processed within one business day from receipt.
  • Emails. Emails are worked and returned within one business day.
  • Voicemails. Voicemails are returned the same day when they reach us during working hours.
02 · THE TEAM MODEL

The teams that carry the case from submission to commission.

A case is not a ticket in a queue. It is a client waiting on an answer. Here is who touches it and what each team owns.

CO

Contracting and onboarding

Contracting and onboarding are automated and built in house, so the paperwork stage runs on data entry instead of mail. More than 41,000 carrier appointments processed in the past year is what that pipeline handled. There is no fee to contract or to work with Brokers Alliance.

CM

Case management

A dedicated case-management team tracks case status, requirements and appointment progress digitally and reviews them daily. More than 40,000 case records tracked through our case-management system in the past 13 months. The status you want is visible to you in MyAdvisorCloud, not locked in an inbox.

AM

The advanced-markets and IUL desk

For cases past the basics, a dedicated advanced-markets and IUL desk handles case design, premium finance, Section 79 and estate planning support. The hard cases get a bench, not a voicemail.

CP

How we are paid

Compensation comes from standard carrier commissions and overrides, not from producer fees. Nothing on this desk is billed to you: no fee to contract, no charge for the technology. Our economics work when your cases issue, which keeps our attention where yours is.

03 · THE TECHNOLOGY

Software we wrote ourselves.

MyAdvisorCloud, MyAdvisorGrids, RetirementBrain and automated contracting and onboarding are built and maintained by an in-house development team, led by a technology-focused owner-operator. We can measure our own service because the systems doing the measuring are ours.

MAC

MyAdvisorCloud

The advisor platform and CRM, provided to contracted producers at no monthly charge. Built and maintained by our own in-house development team, like the rest of the stack on this page.

MAG

MyAdvisorGrids

Commission-grid and carrier-compensation comparison. You see how a case pays before you commit it, which is what comp transparency means in practice.

RB

RetirementBrain

Retirement income planning, built for the client conversation. Another product of the same in-house development team, not a white-labeled rental. See RetirementBrain.

04 · WHAT TO EXPECT

What working with the desk actually looks like.

Numbers describe the system. These are the working habits behind them.

T

Tracking you can see

Case status lives in MyAdvisorCloud, so you check it the way you check anything else ... yourself, at any hour. If you would rather ask a person, the desk is at (480) 210-7892.

D

Daily review

Case status, requirements and appointment progress are reviewed daily by the case-management team. A stalled requirement is a work item on our side, not a surprise on yours.

A

Direct access

Family owned since 1982, owner-led since 2009. The people who own the firm are the people who run it, and the desk answers the phone.

P

People who stay

Brokers Alliance was named a Top Workplaces in Arizona award winner five consecutive years, 2021 through 2025. Service follows how a firm treats its own people, and turnover on the other end of your cases is a cost you would pay in stalled files.

E

Education in public

Our YouTube channel carries 583 public videos with over 1.29 million lifetime views across IUL, annuities, retirement planning and advanced markets. The teaching is public because we are willing to be judged on it.

W

Wholesale, and only wholesale

Brokers Alliance is an IMO, FMO and BGA for independent producers and advisors who run their own practice. Not a lead vendor, not a captive agency. You own the client relationship; we do the casework behind it.

05 · WHAT WE ARE IMPROVING

The honest part: this page is not finished.

A standards page that never changes is a brochure. This one changes.

We review our own service metrics weekly. The dashboards behind this page track more than we have published on it, and those internal figures stay internal until we trust them enough to put the company name on them in public.

As standards formalize, this page is updated and the date below changes. If a number ever disappears from this page, that is deliberate too: it means we stopped being able to stand behind it, and we would rather show you nothing than show you a stale figure.

If the larger question is whether Brokers Alliance is the right home for your practice at all, we wrote an honest page for that as well: is Brokers Alliance right for you.

Published August 5, 2026. Updated August 12, 2026. Updated as our standards formalize.

06 · COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions producers ask about service.

Answered straight. Bring the rest to (480) 210-7892.

What does Brokers Alliance actually measure about its own service?

The figures on this page come from our own systems: more than 41,000 carrier appointments processed in the past year, more than 40,000 case records tracked through our case-management system in the past 13 months, and 73+ carrier relationships. Behind those totals, case status, requirements and appointment progress are tracked digitally and reviewed daily by a dedicated case-management team.

What turnaround can I expect, and why is no average published?

Our case-management team commits to three things: a new application is processed within one business day from receipt, emails are worked and returned within one business day, and voicemails are returned the same day when they reach us during working hours. Those are the standards the desk works to, and they are the outer limit rather than the typical case, because the team is often faster. What we do not publish is an average turnaround figure. Turnaround depends on the carrier, the product and the case, and a single advertised average flattens all of that into a sales line. When an average becomes something we can stand behind in public, it gets published here with the rest of the measured numbers.

What does the case-management technology cost a producer?

Nothing. There is no fee to contract or to work with Brokers Alliance, and MyAdvisorCloud is provided to contracted producers at no monthly charge. Compensation comes from standard carrier commissions and overrides when cases issue.

Who do I actually talk to when a case stalls?

The case-management team, directly. Case status, requirements and appointment progress are tracked digitally and reviewed daily by that team, so a stalled case is a work item on our side before it becomes a phone call on yours. For design questions on advanced cases, the advanced-markets and IUL desk covers case design, premium finance, Section 79 and estate planning support. Call (480) 210-7892 and ask for either.

Is Brokers Alliance an IMO, an FMO or a BGA?

All of those labels apply. The industry uses IMO, FMO and BGA for overlapping layers of wholesale distribution, and Brokers Alliance operates in all of those roles for independent producers. If the vocabulary is new, we wrote a plain-language comparison: IMO vs FMO vs BGA vs MGA.

How should I compare Brokers Alliance to another IMO?

Collect the same answers from everyone. We keep a criteria table of the questions any producer should ask any IMO, FMO or BGA before signing ... release policy, who owns the book, what the technology costs, who answers the phone ... with our own answers filled in. And if you want our honest read on who we are not built for, take the fit check.
