Why partner with Brokers Alliance

The technology, the comp, and the people, handed to you.

Brokers Alliance builds its own software, pays top-tier compensation from day one, protects the hierarchy you build, and puts a real case-design team behind you. Partners run it all ... and several pieces of it can carry their own brand instead of ours.

Why partner with Brokers Alliance

Brokers Alliance is an independently owned IMO, FMO and BGA that builds the tools its partners sell with. Agents, agencies and marketing organizations contract through us across life insurance, annuities, final expense, long term care, disability and Medicare Supplement, all under one relationship. The one line we do not write is property and casualty. What sets the partnership apart comes down to three things the team here still says out loud: experience, competence, and knowledge.

In practice that means proprietary technology handed to you with the contract, top-tier compensation from the first case, hierarchies that stay yours, 73+ carrier relationships behind you, and a case-design team that answers the phone. None of it costs a producer a contracting fee. The sections below lay out each piece so you can weigh it against whatever marketing organization you run with today.

What you actually get

The reasons partners make the move

Six things producers point to when they explain why they moved their book to Brokers Alliance.

Proprietary technology, white-labeled

The platforms are written and owned by BA engineers, handed to you with the contract. Several can carry your brand instead of ours, so your clients see your name while our roadmap runs behind it.

Top-tier compensation from day one

Competitive comp on the first case, not a level you have to grow into. Carrier grids sit side by side, so you see how comp is set before you write instead of taking a number quoted over the phone.

Protected hierarchies

The downline you build is yours and it stays yours, with hierarchy protection in writing. It does not get pulled back on you as you grow, and you are not surprised by a release policy when you decide to move.

73+ carrier relationships, one contract

Life insurance, annuities, final expense and more, across 73+ carrier relationships, all through a single relationship rather than a dozen separate logins and appointments.

Real human case design

A contracting, underwriting and case-management team that answers the phone and stays with a case through placement. Arizona has named BA a Top Workplace five years straight, so the person who knows your case is still here next quarter.

No fees, plus exclusive products

No contracting fee, no platform fee, no monthly cost. BA is compensated by the carriers and keeps that off the producer, then adds exclusive products and advanced-planning support you will not find on every shelf.

The software comes with the contract ... and it can wear your brand

Four platforms written and maintained by our own engineers, included the day you contract. When you ask for a feature, the request lands with the team that can actually ship it.

A note from David Racich

The thinking behind the partnership, in his own words.

My vision is plain. I want to solidify Brokers Alliance as the largest technology-enabled BGA in the nation ... and not for the sake of size. The point is to set a new standard, with proprietary technology and exclusive products that create real, measurable value for the people who partner with us.

The legacy helps. Brokers Alliance has been a family-owned brokerage since 1982, with the deep-rooted relationships and the industry standing that only time builds. Couple that with modern, AI-driven technology and you get something genuinely useful in a market that changes every quarter.

My approach centers on honesty and transparency. I will share what is possible realistically, without exaggeration, because the credibility we bring to a partnership is the whole asset. I would rather tell you what a case is actually going to do than sell you a number you will not see again.

And I view a partnership as a two-sided relationship. I want to hear how you would build this, because open communication, mutual respect, and aligned goals are what make a partnership last. Bring your book and your ideas ... we will build the rest together.

The track record

Two generations, told straight

A partnership is only as steady as the business behind it. Here is the business behind this one.

1982

Joe Racich founds Brokers Alliance

It starts as a media and marketing resource for agents and agencies, then grows into a full brokerage for life insurance and annuities. The relationships built in those early years are the ones partners still lean on.

2009

David Racich takes ownership

Joe's son David acquires the firm as owner, President and CEO, and sets the mandate: build the tools partners actually need, pay top-tier comp, and keep the cost off the producer.

2021 to 2025

Top Workplace in Arizona, five years straight

Arizona has named Brokers Alliance a Top Workplace every year from 2021 through 2025. People who like where they work stay, and that steadiness is exactly what a partner feels on a hard case.

Today
