Coronavirus (COVID-19) Company Statement

Brokers Alliance cares about you, your families, and your clients. As a valued partner, I want to share a brief update regarding our current position as it concerns the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Currently, we are operating business-as-usual and we are fully prepared to provide you the same high quality support should circumstances change. Here is how you can assist us with minimum disruption to your business.

  1. Conduct your business through IGO Electronic Applications as much as possible. Participating carriers are listed here. Call your agent relationship manager if you have any questions.
  2. Refrain from sending Brokers Alliance physical mail unless absolutely necessary.

    2. Licensing requirements should be e-mailed to: [email protected]
    3. Delivery Requirements should be e-mailed to your case manager.
    4. Checks should be mailed directly to the carrier - your case manager can provide you the address.

Additionally, we are working very closely with our carrier partners to ensure that established workflows remain intact. We want your applications processed, phone calls answered, and your commissions paid out in the same manner you have come to expect.
