Run on AI you can check. Signed by a person you can name.
Brokers Alliance runs its own recruiting, marketing and case operations on automation it built and monitors. A named person stands behind every regulated decision. If you run a BGA, your hierarchy stays yours.
What we mean when we say AI-enabled
Family owned since 1982. Brokers Alliance runs its own operation on AI you can check, with a named person behind every regulated decision. If you run a BGA, your hierarchy stays yours, and Brokers Alliance is building a read-only connection for your own Claude or ChatGPT. The first hierarchy joins by invitation.
That is a description of how this company works, not a badge. Plenty of distributors say the word. Here is what it means at Brokers Alliance, in the order a producer would ask.
The operation runs on automation we built
Recruiting, marketing and case operations at Brokers Alliance run on automation built by our own in-house team and monitored by that same team, under a technology-focused owner-operator. Case status, requirements and appointment progress are tracked digitally and reviewed daily by a dedicated case-management team. The same shop that writes MyAdvisorCloud, MyAdvisorGrids, RetirementBrain and LifeBrain and hands them to contracted partners at no charge runs its own back office the same way.
A named person stands behind every regulated decision
Automation drafts, sorts, flags and reminds. It does not decide. Anything on this site that touches compensation, products, valuation or tax is reviewed and signed by a named person before it is published, and the name is on the page. Anything that changes a case, sends a transaction or touches a commission is done by a person at Brokers Alliance, not by a model.
You can check it
We do not ask you to take the word AI on faith. Open /llms.txt, the plain-text description of this company that any assistant can read. View the source of any page on this site and read the structured data. Scroll to the bottom of a regulated page and read who signed it. If a claim on this site cannot be checked, we should not have made it.
What the AI at Brokers Alliance does not do
Every page in this section carries this list, because it is the part that matters to your license and your clients.
- No suitability verdicts. Suitability is yours.
- No policy health scores.
- No product recommendations.
- No case changes. Nothing in the connection changes a case.
- No transactions. Nothing in the connection sends one.
- No contact with a hierarchy's downline agents by Brokers Alliance.
Read-only means the connection can change nothing. It is not a claim about what any assistant vendor keeps; that is between you and the assistant you choose.
Your hierarchy stays yours. Point your own AI at it.
Brokers Alliance is building a read-only connection that lets a BGA principal point their own assistant, their Claude or ChatGPT, at the cases and contracting packets their hierarchy places through Brokers Alliance. It is scoped to that principal's own hierarchy. Downline agents are off unless the principal turns them on. Brokers Alliance is not in that conversation.
Suppose you run a BGA with agents writing through us. You ask your assistant, in plain English, where a case sits, which requirements are open, or which contracting packets are still waiting on a signature. The answer names its source and when that source was last updated. If the source does not hold the answer, it says so instead of inventing one.
No commission grids ride in the connection. Nothing in it changes a case or sends a transaction. Those two things wait on written answers from carriers and from our case-management platform, and we would rather tell you that than promise it.

An independent agent
The technology ships with your contract: MyAdvisorCloud, MyAdvisorGrids, RetirementBrain and LifeBrain, at no charge, with no minimums. The case team is still people who pick up the phone. Nothing here is required, and nothing here contacts your clients or judges a policy.
For independent agents →An agency
Your downline is yours and stays yours. You decide who in your office sees what. We do not contact your agents.
For agencies →A BGA principal
A read-only connection for your own assistant, scoped to your hierarchy, with your agents off unless you turn them on. Pilot, by invitation.
For BGA principals →An advisor
Advanced-markets case design and tracking on automation we run. Suitability, product choice and advice stay with you.
For advisors →The definition, and the machinery
What an AI-enabled BGA actually is
A checklist you can put in writing to any distributor that says AI, with our own answers, including the ones we do not meet yet.
Read the checklist →Our AI technologies
Not a vendor list. How the work gets done, who is accountable, what you can check, and how access to the connection is built to work.
How access and oversight work →Before you read further
Is this a chatbot on your website?
No. There is no assistant on this site to talk to. The AI at Brokers Alliance runs our own operation behind the scenes, and the connection for BGA principals is something you point your own assistant at, on your terms.
Do I have to use any of it?
No. Contracting with Brokers Alliance gets you the technology, the carriers and the team. Every piece of it is optional, and the case team answers the phone either way.
Can my upline keep the connection off for my agency?
Yes. Downline agents are off unless their principal turns them on, and a principal can turn access off again.
Does Brokers Alliance contact my agents?
No. Your hierarchy is yours. We do not reach past a principal to a downline agent, and nothing in the connection changes that.
Which AI models do you use?
We do not put vendor names on this page on purpose. What matters to your practice is what the automation is allowed to do, who is accountable for it, and what you can check. Those are the three things this section answers.
